Fatal Manchester car crash death of Juliana Harbeck

On Monday, a female suspect surrendered to law enforcement authorities after an arrest warrant was secured for her involvement in a fatal collision at a New Hampshire food establishment parking area, according to official statements.

The individual, identified as Maria Camila Posada Canizales, a 27-year-old, is currently being held without bail on allegations tied to the incident, with a scheduled court date set for the upcoming Tuesday.

When responding to an emergency call about a pedestrian-related accident at the Taco Bell situated on Manchester’s Second Street around 6:40 p.m. on September 17, police discovered an elderly woman suffering injuries in the parking facility.

This injured person was subsequently recognized by police as Juliana Harbeck, who hails from Rindge, and she was transported quickly to a nearby hospital, but she unfortunately did not survive.

Preliminary findings from the ongoing investigation concluded that Miss Harbeck was impacted by a motor vehicle, and the responsible operator then departed the scene, leaving no evidence behind.

Following this discovery, Maria Camila Posada Canizales was officially linked as the probable driver who caused the accident, and this connection led police to secure an arrest warrant, culminating in her capture.

As of now, no extra updates are expected from the authorities.
