Local authorities were alerted to the scene after receiving reports around 8:12 a.m. At that time, emergency responders discovered Kamaya Young along with scattered debris from another automobile nearby on Route 21 North, close to the Exit 9 interchange leading to Route 3 West. Medical examiners determined that the individual, identified as Kamaya Young, had passed away at the scene.
