The Sauk County law enforcement agency announced the identities of the parties involved in Monday evening’s fatal collision in Prairie Du Sac. The incident resulted in the death of Craig W. Lowry, who was driving an eastbound vehicle. According to reports, John S. Lovell from Seattle, Washington, was traveling west when he overtook a large truck. During this passing maneuver, Lovell veered into the opposite eastbound lane and collided directly with Lowry’s car. Lovell was taken to a regional medical center to receive treatment for his injuries. Tragically, Lowry was pronounced deceased at the accident site.
