Fatal Jones County, Georgia car crash death of Allison Buice Schwartz – Obituary

Allison Buice Schwartz, a 31-year-old woman from Forsyth, was killed early Sunday morning following a single-vehicle accident on Barron Russell Road in the Juliette area, according to the Jones County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said Schwartz was riding as a passenger in a side-by-side vehicle when it struck a fallen tree that was blocking the roadway. The crash was reported shortly after 2:30 a.m.

Jones County Deputy Coroner Wayne Grier confirmed Schwartz’s identity and stated that she was ejected from the vehicle during the collision. She suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at 3:14 a.m. by Atrium EMS personnel.

Authorities identified the driver of the vehicle as her husband, Zachary Schwartz. He was taken to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation following the crash.

The incident remains under investigation as officials continue working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the fatal wreck.
