The East Buffalo Township incident occurred Friday afternoon, with icy road conditions playing a role, according to Buffalo Valley Regional Police. Pardoe was pronounced dead at approximately 4:10 p.m., as reported by the county coroner.

The collision caused significant delays, leading to the closure of northbound lanes while emergency crews cleared the scene. Authorities noted that several accidents were reported across the area due to the hazardous winter weather.
