Fatal Warren County, Missouri shooting death of Yeisir Buster Concepcion and Elizabeth Hernandez-Sanchez – Obituary

Yeisir Buster Concepcion, 42, and Elizabeth Hernandez-Sanchez, 33, were killed in a shooting in Warren County, Missouri, on Monday evening.

Authorities reported that the couple, who were in a romantic relationship, were shot while traveling together near the intersection of South Stracks Church Road and State Highway M.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a “man down” call around 8:35 p.m., finding both victims deceased. Investigators later identified a vehicle of interest connected to the shooting and tracked it to the TA Travel Center off I-70 on North Service Road around 3 a.m. Tuesday. When officers attempted to make contact, the driver shot himself and died at the scene.

Authorities stated that the man who killed Concepcion and Hernandez-Sanchez had previously been in a romantic relationship with Hernandez-Sanchez. No officers or bystanders were harmed during the incident, and the man’s identity has not been publicly released.
