Fatal south Sacramento car crash death of Ronisha Ann Marie Daniel – Obituary

Authorities have identified 27-year-old Ronisha Ann Marie Daniel of Sacramento as the woman who died in a two-vehicle crash early Saturday in the Lemon Hill neighborhood. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office confirmed that she was pronounced dead at the scene.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the collision occurred around 1:15 a.m. at Franklin Boulevard and 47th Avenue when a gray Nissan Rogue ran a red light and struck a silver Nissan Rogue. After the impact, the gray SUV continued into a nearby parking lot and hit a fence. Daniel, who was not wearing a seatbelt, did not survive the crash.

Two passengers in Daniel’s vehicle were hospitalized with major injuries, while the driver and a passenger of the silver SUV were also taken to hospitals with serious injuries. Investigators believe alcohol may have played a role, and the crash remains under active investigation.
