Fatal west Birmingham motorcycle crash death of Erick Ramoine Williams Jr. – Obituary

Authorities have identified 29-year-old Erick Ramoine Williams Jr. of Birmingham as the man who died in a motorcycle crash Monday morning. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed that he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Williams had told his family around 9 p.m. Sunday that he was going for a ride. When he failed to return home, his family and police began searching for him the following morning, using the Find My Friends app to locate him on the city’s west side.

His body was discovered at 11:05 a.m. on Birmingport Road at Templeton Avenue and was pronounced dead at 11:15 a.m. Birmingham police continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
