Fatal Odessa, Texas shooting death of Quincy Devion Price – Obituary
Quincy Devion Price was killed early Thursday morning in a shooting incident in Odessa, Texas.
Ector County deputies responded around 3:27 a.m. to reports of gunfire on the 1100 block of W. 57th Street, where they discovered Price dead at the scene. A woman was also found with multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Medical Center Hospital for treatment; her identity and condition have not been released.
Authorities issued a murder warrant for Nathaniel Ray Anthony Tinner, who fled but was later apprehended in Arlington, Texas, without incident. Investigators continue to review the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
