Fatal Fairhaven, Massachusetts incident death of Rafael Pedraza and Brenda Rosario – Obituary

Rafael Pedraza, 60, and Brenda Rosario, 51, were found dead inside their Fairhaven, Massachusetts home on New Year’s Eve, authorities confirmed.

Police and EMS responded to a welfare check at 22 Jameson Street shortly after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, where both victims were discovered deceased. Officials reported no signs of forced entry at the residence. During the initial investigation, first responders noted the presence of drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics inside the home.

The bodies of Pedraza and Rosario were transported to the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where autopsies will be performed to determine the official causes of death. The Fairhaven Police Department and State Police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
