Fatal Fond du Lac County rollover crash death of Troy A. Navis – Obituary

Troy A. Navis, 61, of Oshkosh, died Monday evening after his vehicle overturned in the Township of Waupun. The crash occurred just before 7 p.m. on County Highway M near Amity Road.

Deputies arriving at the scene found Navis trapped inside his overturned vehicle in the east ditch of CTH M. Emergency responders worked at the site to provide lifesaving measures before he was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Officials reported that the vehicle was traveling north on CTH M when it left the roadway, struck an embankment, and rolled over. Authorities say alcohol was a contributing factor, and the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
