Fatal Rockford, Illinois shooting death of Perry Brown – Obituary
Perry Brown, 55, of Rockford, was killed in a shooting Tuesday night, authorities confirmed.
Police discovered Brown in the 3000 block of Rutgers Place around 9:30 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy determined that Brown died from a gunshot wound. The Winnebago County Coroner’s Office is collaborating with Rockford Police to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
