Fatal Mount Pleasant, South Carolina car crash death of Tanner Johnson – Obituary

Authorities have confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life in a traffic collision over the weekend in Mount Pleasant. Officials from the Charleston County Coroner’s Office reported that Tanner Johnson, 30, died at the location of the incident.

According to Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal, the collision occurred around 1:01 a.m. Sunday. Emergency responders arrived at the intersection of North Highway 17 and Bowman Road where Johnson was pronounced dead.

Law enforcement officers with the Mount Pleasant Police Department are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash as the investigation remains ongoing.
