Fatal Middletown, Ohio car crash death of Luke Helton – Obituary

Authorities have confirmed the identity of the individual who lost their life in a traffic collision that occurred Monday evening in Middletown. Luke Helton, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene following the crash, according to the Butler County Coroner’s Office.

The incident took place at approximately 6 p.m. along Carmody Boulevard near Hook Drive. Emergency responders arrived at the location but were unable to save Helton.
