Officials have confirmed the identity of the pilot killed in a deadly aviation accident at Caldwell Airport. Bayne Just, a 79-year-old man from Nampa, lost his life when a small aircraft crashed at the airport on Friday, February 6.

The Canyon County Coroner’s Office released Just’s name while noting that no further personal details will be shared at this time out of consideration for his family. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene near the airport shortly after the crash was reported.
