Fatal Greene County, Ohio car crash death of Jack Teemer III – Obituary

Jack Teemer III, a 17-year-old from Greene County, lost his life early Saturday morning following a single-vehicle crash on Waynesville Road. The Greene County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity after responding to the fatal incident.

The crash occurred shortly before 2 a.m. near the intersection of Waynesville Road and Centerville Road. Troopers from the Xenia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol were dispatched to the area around 1:51 a.m. after receiving reports of a vehicle that had left the roadway.

Investigators said Teemer was driving a 2002 Saab 9-3 when the car traveled off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole. Emergency crews arrived on scene, but Teemer was pronounced dead at the location of the crash.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation and continues to review the circumstances surrounding the collision. Authorities noted that more details may be released as the investigation progresses.
