Jordan Davis dies in fatal Charlotte shooting
Fatal Charlotte shooting death of Jordan Davis – Obituary
Jordan Davis, 22, was fatally shot Sunday afternoon at the Peppertree Apartments in east Charlotte. Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded around 2 p.m. and found Davis with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Authorities detained 23-year-old Nasani Raley at the scene. After questioning, she was charged with murder, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle for selling narcotics. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
