Patrick Trask dies in fatal Hesperia crash

Fatal Hesperia crash death of Patrick Trask – Obituary

Patrick Trask, a resident of Hesperia, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Phelan Road on the morning of February 10. The collision, involving Trask’s 2005 Buell motorcycle and a silver GMC 2500 truck, occurred just west of Highway 395 around 11:47 a.m.

Authorities reported that the crash happened on the eastbound side of Phelan Road. A bystander attempted to help Trask before deputies and firefighters arrived, but despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The truck’s driver and a female passenger were unharmed and remained at the location. The Hesperia Police Department is handling the investigation and is urging anyone with information about the accident to contact investigators at (760) 947-1500 or submit anonymous tips through the We-Tip hotline.
