Fatal Winthrop pedestrian crash death of Eric Stinson – Obituary
Eric Stinson, 44, of Pittston, Maine, was struck and killed by a vehicle on Route 202 in Winthrop on Wednesday evening. The accident occurred near the Winthrop Vet Clinic when a black Dodge pickup hit Stinson.
He was transported to MaineGeneral Hospital but later died from his injuries. The crash remains under investigation, with Maine State Police conducting a reconstruction. The Monmouth Police Department and Maine State Police are assisting, and the Kennebec-Somerset District Attorney’s Office has been notified.
