John Miller, 67, of Stevens, Pennsylvania, was killed Friday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash in West Cocalico Township. The incident occurred around 4:06 p.m. on the 100 block of Mill Road.

Authorities reported that Miller was driving a GMC Yukon north on Mill Road when, for reasons still unknown, his vehicle left the roadway, crossed a field, and collided with a house. He was the only occupant of the car and was pronounced dead at the scene around 4:40 p.m. No one inside the home was injured.

The crash remains under investigation. Police were assisted at the scene by the Reinholds Fire Company, Reinholds Community Ambulance, Denver Fire Company, and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
