The individual operating the vehicle traveling in the prohibited direction was airlifted to Allegheny General Hospital following the collision. Tragically, the injuries she incurred during the accident proved fatal. Authorities confirmed her identity as Summer Cartrette, a 26-year-old resident of Aliquippa.
