Fatal Lexington, Kentucky crash death of Benjamin Gabbard – Obituary
Benjamin Gabbard, 48, of Winchester, Kentucky, died in a two-vehicle crash early Thursday morning near Athens Boonesboro Road and Doe Run in Lexington. He was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision.
Lexington police reported that the crash occurred just before 1 a.m. A second individual involved in the incident was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. Road closures in the area lasted until shortly before 5 a.m. as authorities cleared the scene and conducted their investigation.
