Police identified the victim as Tony A. Roundtree, a resident of Chesapeake, who was discovered with multiple gunshot injuries in the 500 block of Walker Avenue near Rockingham Street shortly after 1 p.m. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene after arriving and assessing his condition.
