Police have identified 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards of Ottawa as the victim in a homicide that occurred in Perth, Ontario. Emergency responders located Richards with severe injuries at Last Duel Park on April 12, and he was transported to hospital where he later died.
Investigators with the Ontario Provincial Police stated that the killing appears to have been a targeted incident and does not pose a wider risk to the public.
